By using the services offered by BKK Nanny, you agree to the following Terms of Use. These terms apply to all in-home care services, including but not limited to infant care, child care, senior care, overnight care, and home health services delivered by BKK Nanny personnel within Bangkok and surrounding areas.

1. Nature of the Service

BKK Nanny is a provider of short-term, hourly, or recurring in-home care services. We do not provide permanent placements, long-term employment agreements, or group care services. All services are delivered at the client’s own residence on a one-to-one basis.

2. Booking and Scheduling

Services must be booked through BKK Nanny directly.
We reserve the right to decline service to any request at our sole discretion.
Schedule changes must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute changes may incur additional charges.

3. Service Rules

Clients must provide a safe and respectful environment for our caregivers.
Caregivers are not expected to perform tasks outside the scope of their assignment (e.g., construction, plumbing, or unrelated errands).
Caregivers may decline tasks they deem unsafe or inappropriate.
Abuse, harassment, or discrimination of any kind will result in immediate termination of services.

4. Limitations of Liability

BKK Nanny and its caregivers will make reasonable efforts to provide competent, safe, and timely care. However, by using our services, you agree that:

BKK Nanny is not liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, damage, or harm that may occur in your home.
We do not assume responsibility for any medical outcome, missed treatments, or health events.
You are responsible for the physical environment and any household hazards.
We are not liable for events outside of our control, such as accidents, acts of nature, or third-party service failures.
In no case shall BKK Nanny’s liability exceed the value of the fees paid by the client for the specific day of service.

5. Background Checks and Caregiver Conduct

All caregivers are background-checked and trained, but BKK Nanny cannot guarantee specific outcomes or match expectations of care style. If you are unhappy with a caregiver, you may request a change.

6. Medical and Emergency Situations

BKK Nanny is not a licensed medical provider unless explicitly stated for a specific service (e.g., nurse-provided care).
In emergencies, caregivers will follow internal safety protocols and contact emergency services. We are not responsible for the performance of EMS or hospitals.

7. Payment Terms

All payments are made to BKK Nanny and not directly to staff.
Late payments or chargebacks may result in suspension of service.
Refunds are granted at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and service materials belong to BKK Nanny and may not be copied or used without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

BKK Nanny may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any new or revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in Thai courts of competent jurisdiction.
